Return Policy

If you need to return merchandise for any reason, it must be returned with 5 days and you need to contact us first at 781-328-0014 so we can put your claim in. The merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. We will credit you for the value of the merchandise only less 20%----Round trip freight must be at your expense. Sorry, we cannot offer any return service if the item has been discontinued or on any personalized items. This policy applies only to complete orders. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.

Damages--Although we try to package each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, after filing a claim with UPS, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your affair. All damage or shortage claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 3 DAYS.
